We went to the NEW zoo with Matt and Cheryl and Jaden in September. It was of course a good time for all. It was a fairly wet day, but we managed. Sam was pretty excited to feed the animals. John pretty much just stared at them. We gave Maya to another family, (Too much work for Mom while the kids are in school, with a toddler and a baby), so it was a good activity to keep us occupied while mourning. The zoo ___________was having a celebration, so there were booths set up throughout the park with treats and snacks, and drinks, all of which had large amounts of sugar etc. By lunch time, none of us were really hungry. We met the Elder who lives next door to Uncle Steve. Nice young man...looks a lot like I would imagine Daniel looks now. Somehow we managed not to have a photo with Jaden on our camera. Aargh. Oh well. We love you Jaden!
